(a) A person who knowingly or intentionally boards a commercial or charter aircraft having in the person's possession:(1) a firearm;(2) an explosive; or(3) any other deadly weapon;commits a Level 5 felony.(b) However, the offense is a Level 4 felony if the person committed the offense with the intent to:(1) disrupt the operation of the aircraft; or(2) cause harm to another person.As added by P.L.311-1983, SEC.32.
