A court that issues an order under this chapter may:(1) allow a person to return to the person's residential premises to pick up personal belongings and effects;(2) restrict the time and duration of the person's return; and(3) provide for supervision of the person's return by a law enforcement officer.As added by P.L.216-1996, SEC.26.
