In determining whether to issue an order under this chapter, the court may consider evidence regarding whether the order would:(1) cause undue hardship to innocent persons; and(2) constitute a serious injustice that overrides the need to protect the rights, safety, and health of other tenants and residents of the property or area affected by the order.As added by P.L.216-1996, SEC.26.
