A political subdivision:(1) may exercise the powers granted under this article to reorganize or enter into cooperative agreements without complying with the provisions of any other law, statute, or rule; and(2) may, after the reorganization, exercise any power described in IC 36-1.5-4-38.As added by P.L.186-2006, SEC.4.
