§ 36-1-5-4-20

At a public hearing on a plan of reorganization conducted under section 19 of this chapter, or in a public meeting held not more than thirty (30) days after the public hearing concludes, a legislative body of a reorganizing political subdivision shall do one (1) of the following:(1) Adopt the plan of reorganization.(2) Adopt the plan of reorganization with modifications.(3) Reject the plan of reorganization.As added by P.L.186-2006, SEC.4.
