§ 36-1-5-4-21

Any modifications in a plan of reorganization that are adopted by a legislative body of a reorganizing political subdivision must be adopted by the legislative body of each of the reorganizing political subdivisions before the modifications are effective.As added by P.L.186-2006, SEC.4.
