Each county recorder receiving a certification under section 23 of this chapter, either from the legislative body of a political subdivision or from a clerk of the circuit court after a petition process under section 23.5 of this chapter in a political subdivision, shall record the certification and the plan of reorganization in the records of the county recorder without charge.As added by P.L.186-2006, SEC.4.
