§ 36-1-5-4-35

(a) This section applies to an initial election:(1) of the members of a governing body or officers that are elected by the voters for a reorganized political subdivision that:(A) is a town; and(B) has town boundaries that encompass part of another town that was part of the reorganization;(2) that is conducted before the reorganization takes effect; and(3) to which IC 3-10-7-1 applies.(b) The members of each precinct board shall be jointly appointed by the town election boards of each of the reorganizing political subdivisions.As added by P.L.186-2006, SEC.4.
