If property disposed of under this chapter is to be reconveyed or automatically returned to the political subdivision or an agency of a political subdivision that disposed of the property, the terms of the reconveyance or return shall be as agreed to before the disposal. If the terms of the reconveyance are not set forth before the disposal, the political subdivision shall obtain at least two (2) appraisals and pay not more than the average of the two (2) appraisals.As added by P.L.82-1995, SEC.11.
