(b) Notwithstanding any other law, a school corporation may transfer real property to any other governmental agency in exchange for services provided to the school corporation.(c) This section constitutes the only authority necessary for a school corporation to make real property available for exchange under this section. A school corporation is not required to apply any additional procedures to an exchange made under this section.As added by P.L.257-2013, SEC.43.
