As used in this chapter, 'utility efficiency program' refers to an energy, a water, or a wastewater efficiency program that:(1) includes a conservation measure;(2) is established by a public utility (as defined in IC 8-1-8.7-2); and(3) is undertaken pursuant to this chapter.As added by P.L.24-1993, SEC.6.
