Conservation measures installed under a utility efficiency program or a guaranteed savings contract must be approved by the following:(1) The Indiana department of health, department of homeland security, and any other state agency designated by statute.(2) An architect or engineer licensed under IC 25-4 or IC 25-31 if the conservation measures have a cost of more than fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).As added by P.L.24-1993, SEC.6.
