(a) A decision of the entity designated or established under the ordinance or resolution that establishes a program is final as to the following:(1) The eligibility of a measure or a suggestion for an award.(2) The amount of an award.(b) An employee of a political subdivision that establishes a program under this chapter is not entitled to an award other than is provided in this chapter and under the ordinance or resolution that establishes a program.As added by P.L.254-1993, SEC.1.
