§ 36-1-29-5-13

Any separate body corporate and politic or regional, multicounty, or metropolitan authority or commission may, by written agreement, establish a mutually beneficial relationship with one (1) or more units for purposes of administering or carrying out the purposes of the unit's fund or units' funds.As added by P.L.135-2022, SEC.22.
