Whenever an agreement authorized by this chapter is between school corporations, teachers employed under the agreement have the same rights and privileges as teachers employed under IC 20-26-10-5, IC 20-26-10-6, and IC 20-26-10-7.As added by P.L.110-1984, SEC.3. Amended by P.L.1-2005, SEC.230.
