§ 36-1-9-5-28

(a) For the purpose of determining competency and responsibility the prequalification administrator may send evaluation forms to either of the following:(1) Persons with whom the contractor has had business relationships.(2) Persons who have used the services of the contractor's employees.(b) An entity shall keep confidential all responses received under this section. However, upon request of a contractor, an entity shall allow that contractor to inspect the responses received under this section in regard to the evaluation of that contractor.As added by P.L.85-1991, SEC.3.
