(2) The current authority for individuals' personal signatures to contracts of the corporation, which may be:(A) a part of the corporation's original articles of incorporation; or(B) a subsequent official action of the stockholders or the board of directors of the corporation.(b) If personnel or authority for individuals' personal signatures are changed in any manner, the contractor shall immediately notify the prequalification administrator and furnish the prequalification administrator with certified copies of appropriate documents.(c) The initial statement of a foreign corporation must be accompanied by:(1) valid evidence that the corporation is registered and in good standing with the secretary of state to do business in Indiana; or(2) a letter stating that, if the corporation becomes the successful bidder on a contract, authorization will be secured by the corporation not later than fifteen (15) days after the bid opening.As added by P.L.85-1991, SEC.3.
