§ 36-1-9-5-45

An entity shall provide a contractor with notification of a change in qualification. The notification must be in writing and become effective on a date determined by the entity.(b) A request from a contractor for a change in the contractor's qualification status must be in writing and must be received by the entity not less than fifteen (15) days before the bid opening date. A request from a contractor for a change in the contractor's qualification status will not be considered until after the expiration of ninety (90) days after the certificate date.As added by P.L.85-1991, SEC.3.
