In addition, the contractor may request a personal interview. The prequalification administrator shall consider the written request by certified or registered mail or personal service not later than fifteen (15) days after receiving the written request. The prequalification administrator may request additional information, documentation, or a personal interview with the contractor.(b) The prequalification administrator shall make a recommendation to the entity.(c) The entity shall notify the contractor in writing of the entity's decision.
