(a) If a contractor is dissatisfied with the decision under section 50 of this chapter, the contractor may make a written request by certified or registered mail or personal service within fifteen (15) days after receiving the decision for an appeal hearing.(b) A contractor shall send a request under this section to the prequalification administrator. After receiving the request, the entity shall serve written notice of the date, place, and time of the hearing and written notice of the appointment of an administrative law judge on the contractor.(c) A hearing shall be held not later than fourteen (14) days after the receipt of the request, unless otherwise ordered by an administrative law judge.(d) At the hearing, the contractor bears the burden of proof.As added by P.L.85-1991, SEC.3.
