The board may enter into a lease or contracts with not-for-profit corporations providing detailed terms and conditions for:(1) the performance of historical pageants and entertainments; and(2) the charging of admissions and maintenance of the facilities.The contract must not extend for a longer term than the term of the bonds.As added by P.L.74-1986, SEC.11.
