The district shall provide notice of the adoption of an ordinance under section 10 of this chapter to:(1) local health departments;(2) the department of environmental management;(3) the department of natural resources; and(4) the Indiana department of health.As added by P.L.161-2002, SEC.2 and P.L.172-2002, SEC.7.
