The compact administrator shall:(1) receive copies of all agreements entered into by the state or a political subdivision of the state and other party states or political subdivisions;(2) consult with, advise, and aid the political subdivisions in the formulation of interstate library compact agreements;(3) make recommendations to the governor, the general assembly, governmental agencies, and political subdivisions that are desirable to effectuate the purposes of this compact; and(4) consult and cooperate with the compact administrators of other party states.[Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-14-11-3.]As added by P.L.1-2005, SEC.49.
