Not later than ten (10) days after an annexation ordinance is filed under section 22 of this chapter, the annexing municipality shall provide notice to the chairman of the alcohol and tobacco commission in accordance with IC 7.1-4-9-7 of any licensed premises located within the annexed territory.As added by P.L.194-2021, SEC.67.
