The record must include:(1) the signature of the executive;(2) the attestation of the clerk-treasurer; and(3) the date of each recorded item.The record or a certified copy of it constitutes presumptive evidence of the adoption of the ordinance.As added by Acts 1980, P.L.73, SEC.19.
