§ 36-7-7-3-7

(b) The chair of a strategy committee or any two (2) members of a strategy committee may call a special meeting of the strategy committee.(c) A majority of the appointed members of a strategy committee constitutes a quorum.(d) The affirmative votes of at least a majority of the appointed members of a strategy committee are necessary to authorize any action of the strategy committee.As added by P.L.83-2020, SEC.2.
