If the commission has not set a fee by rule for a type of petition, the fee is twenty-five dollars ($25).(b) A person filing a petition with the commission shall pay the fee required for the filing to the clerk or clerk-treasurer. The clerk or clerk-treasurer shall pay the fee to the treasurer of the commission.(c) The clerk or clerk-treasurer has no duty regarding the fees collected under this section except those imposed under subsection (b).
