§ 36-7-12-39

Any bonds authorized to be issued under the authority of this chapter by a resolution adopted under section 24 of this chapter before June 1, 1985, remain valid regardless of any amendments made to this chapter by P.L.20-1985.As added by P.L.25-1987, SEC.59.
