A housing authority may:(1) sue and be sued;(2) have and alter a seal;(3) make and execute contracts and other instruments necessary or convenient for the exercise of its powers; and(4) adopt bylaws and rules, consistent with this chapter, to carry out its powers and purposes.[Pre-Local Government Recodification Citation: 18-7-11-8(a).]As added by Acts 1981, P.L.309, SEC.37.
