A commissioner of a housing authority is entitled to:(1) a per diem allowance of up to one hundred dollars ($100) for attending a meeting of the authority; and(2) reimbursement for necessary expenses, including traveling expenses, incurred in the discharge of the commissioner's duties.[Pre-Local Government Recodification Citation: 18-7-11-5 part.]As added by Acts 1981, P.L.309, SEC.37.
