After the approval of the creation of the district under section 20 of this chapter, the commission shall transmit to the board for delivery to the department the following:(1) A certified copy of the resolution designating the district, as confirmed by the commission.(2) A complete list of street names and the range of street numbers of each street situated within the district.As added by P.L.35-1990, SEC.63.
