Upon request of the department, employers in the tax area shall provide the department with:(1) the names and addresses of all persons employed by the employer in the tax area;(2) information concerning the wages earned by the persons for work in the tax area; and(3) any other information the department requires to administer this chapter.As added by P.L.42-1994, SEC.13.
