A contract, agreement, or arrangement executed before April 23, 1997, by a municipal utility with any entity regarding services provided in the same manner as services provided under section 33 of this chapter, as in effect on April 23, 1997, is legalized and made valid, and the contract, agreement, or arrangement is not subject to challenge.As added by P.L.220-2011, SEC.665.
