(b) The reuse authority shall operate the public utility as a municipal water utility in accordance with IC 8-1.5-3, and has all the powers and duties of:(1) the board (as defined in IC 8-1.5-3-2); and(2) the municipal legislative body;under IC 8-1.5-3 with respect to the operation of its municipal water utility.As added by P.L.104-2010, SEC.3.
