The geographic area of a qualified military base enhancement area established under this subdivision is the geographic area of the technology park.(2) A county in which all or part of a qualified military base is located. The geographic area of a qualified military base enhancement area established under this subdivision is the geographic area of the county other than any area in which a technology park described in subdivision (1) is located.As added by P.L.203-2005, SEC.16.
