A PMA ordinance adopted under section 9 of this chapter must be in effect for at least one (1) year and not more than ten (10) years and must include the following:(1) The geographic boundaries of the property maintenance area.(2) A list or definition of:(A) the types of property; and(B) the maintenance activities;that may entitle a taxpayer to a credit under IC 6-3.1-32.5.(3) The eligibility qualifications for a contractor to perform maintenance activities within the property maintenance area.(4) The criteria for a landlord to be eligible for a PMA certification.(5) The amount of the qualified expenditures that may be certified under this chapter.As added by P.L.144-2008, SEC.47.
