(b) The interlocal agreement providing for the establishment of the land bank must specify:(1) subject to section 4(a) of this chapter, the number of directors of the board of the land bank;(2) any directors that are to serve as ex officio directors of the board; and(3) for each director of the board that is to be appointed, the appointing authority.As added by P.L.26-2020, SEC.6.
