If a provision of the prior advisory planning laws, area planning laws, township joinder laws, or metropolitan development laws has been replaced in the same form or in a restated form, by a provision of this chapter, then a citation to the provision of the prior law shall be construed as a citation to the corresponding provision of this chapter.[Pre-Local Government Recodification Citation: 18-7-4-124.]As added by Acts 1981, P.L.309, SEC.23.
