An impact fee ordinance must provide a procedure through which the fee reduction decision made under section 1326 of this chapter may be appealed by the following persons:(1) The person requesting the fee reduction.(2) An infrastructure agency responsible for infrastructure of the applicable type for the impact zone in which the impact fee reduction is granted.As added by P.L.221-1991, SEC.28.
