The plan commission may establish a schedule of reasonable fees to defray the administrative costs connected with:(1) processing and hearing administrative appeals and petitions for rezoning, special exceptions, special uses, contingent uses, and variances;(2) issuing permits; and(3) other official actions taken under this chapter.As added by Acts 1981, P.L.310, SEC.25.
