The compensation must be in conformity with salaries and compensation fixed up to that time for similar work by the fiscal body of a municipality or county that created the joint district.(b) The commission may contract for special or temporary services of a professional counsel.(c) The commission shall delegate authority to its employees to perform ministerial acts in all cases unless final action of the commission is necessary.As added by P.L.300-1989, SEC.2.
