§ 36-7-5-1-2

As used in this chapter, 'joint district' means an area of real property (whether or not the property is located within the boundaries of one (1) or more municipalities, counties, or other political subdivisions) that is established as a joint district under this chapter.As added by P.L.300-1989, SEC.2.
