§ 36-7-7-6-15

If the commission receives a petition that:(1) is signed by a majority of the commission members representing a county affected by a particular program; and(2) objects to the establishment of the program within that county;the commission may not implement the program in that county.As added by P.L.165-2003, SEC.6.
