A firefighter who is a member of the fire department of a fire protection district is not subject to residency requirements but must:(1) have adequate means of transportation into the jurisdiction served by the member's fire department; and(2) maintain telephone service to communicate with the member's fire department.As added by P.L.122-2023, SEC.32.
