(2) A county having a population of more than two hundred thousand (200,000) and less than two hundred fifty thousand (250,000).(3) A county that adopts an ordinance providing for the county to be governed by this chapter.However, sections 9.5, 15, 16, 17, and 18 of this chapter apply only to a county having a consolidated city.As added by P.L.82-1985, SEC.3.
