(b) The communications system may be combined or shared with the public service radio system.(c) The board may do the following for the combined or shared system:(1) Authorize expenditures from the district's operational funds.(2) Exercise all of the powers listed in section 9 of this chapter.(d) The board may not do the following for the combined or shared system:(1) Authorize expenditures for facilities or services related only to public service radio.(2) Have authority over planning or other decisions for public service radio.As added by P.L.173-1990, SEC.2.
