As used in this chapter, 'infrastructure agency', with respect to an area in a county, means:(1) a political subdivision; or(2) an agency;responsible for planning for, acquiring, operating, maintaining, or testing one (1) or more severe weather warning sirens in the area.As added by P.L.89-2008, SEC.1.
