§ 36-8-22-6

As used in this chapter, 'strike' means a:(1) work stoppage by two (2) or more employees to enforce compliance with demands made on an employer; or(2) temporary stoppage of work activities by two (2) or more employees in protest against an act or condition.As added by P.L.48-2007, SEC.1.
