A public safety telecommunicator who has successfully completed:(1) a T-CPR training program approved by the department; and(2) any continuing education requirements;is immune from civil liability for damages arising out of T-CPR instruction provided to a telephone caller, except for acts or omissions constituting gross negligence or willful or wanton misconduct.As added by P.L.54-2019, SEC.4.
