(a) The department may:(1) provide a T-CPR training program or continuing education course; or(2) approve a T-CPR training program or continuing education course provided by a third party;that meets the requirements of this chapter.(b) The department shall establish requirements and a certification program for third party T-CPR instructors that provide T-CPR training programs or continuing education courses.As added by P.L.54-2019, SEC.4.
